Teaology Garden City

The Teaology Lab Garden City fitout was delivered by ENP Fitouts as a compact but highly considered retail space, designed to give the brand a strong presence within a busy shopping centre environment.

The fitout uses a restrained material palette, clean lines, and integrated lighting to create a polished space that feels bright, modern, and immediately recognisable. Rather than overcrowding the tenancy, each element has been designed to serve a clear purpose, balancing customer-facing presentation with the operational requirements of a high-volume beverage venue.

The custom front counter creates a strong focal point while keeping the overall design visually light and uncluttered. Behind the counter, stainless steel preparation zones, equipment integration, and carefully positioned work areas support a fast and efficient service workflow within the limited footprint.

Concealed LED lighting is incorporated throughout the display shelving and joinery, helping highlight products and branding while adding depth to the space. Overhead illuminated signage further strengthens Teaology’s visibility from surrounding walkways and creates a clear brand presence within the centre.

Internally, every section of the tenancy has been planned around movement, accessibility, and service speed, allowing the team to work efficiently without compromising the clean front-of-house presentation.
