Teaology Lab in Chermside presents a clean, contemporary retail fitout that blends strong brand identity with a highly functional service environment. Positioned within one of Brisbane’s busiest shopping centres, the project was delivered as a complete tenancy transformation, creating a bright and welcoming space that enhances both customer engagement and operational flow. ENP Fitouts managed the project end to end, carefully coordinating each stage from initial planning through to final handover, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and a polished final outcome that reflects the Teaology brand.

The Teaology Lab Chermside fitout was delivered by ENP Fitouts to bring the brand’s vibrant, modern identity into a compact, high-efficiency kiosk environment. The build centres around a clean material palette, combining smooth, durable surfaces with warm feature lighting to create a refined yet approachable customer experience. A custom front counter was designed to maximise service efficiency while maintaining a minimal visual presence, supported by integrated stainless steel work zones to handle high-volume production. Feature shelving with concealed LED lighting showcases product and branding elements, adding depth and visual interest without overcrowding the space. Overhead, the illuminated bulkhead signage establishes a strong presence within the centre, ensuring visibility from multiple angles while reinforcing brand consistency. Internally, the layout has been carefully planned to optimise workflow, allowing staff to operate efficiently within a compact footprint while maintaining a seamless front-of-house experience.
